I moved out the property on Nov 2016 left the house in great conditionings besides the window in the back of the house where there was a shot out, put a work order in and never was fixed and now her it is April 2017 Mr Rus stated I had to wait another month for my deposit Which was unfair still yet have not received my deposit something is definitely wrong here,

I'm not someone who writes negative reviews lightly. That said, Salem Street earned this one. I have been given the run around for a little over 6 months regarding the return of my security deposit after having moved out. The property manager and I have had multiple conversations on the phone, during which he has confidently assured me that I would receive my check in the next day or two. There is just no good excuse left at this point. I've really given 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, etc chances. I honestly feel that I have no choice left but to leave this negative review in the hopes that someone will actually tackle the mundane task of mailing me the money that I am (undisputedly) owed. Doing so may motivate me to remove this post. But it most certainly won't come down until someone treats me as though it matters that Salem Street has been sitting on my money for months with no good explanation.
